More love from BoingBoing.net for Pronto!
Xeni Jardin of BoingBoing.net lets us in on her recent visit to Amoeba Records in Los Angeles, CA. Some clarification is needed however: the Pronto record she’s describing is “The Cheetah,” the "glitchy, computery one" available in digital glory now, while the record she’s holding is “All Is Golden,” the acclaimed 70's style-release available both digitally and in CD form.
Get 'em both in your bag now!

After their initial string of successful shows in support of 'All is Golden', the golden crew that is Pronto has returned home till May, when the next round of shows will begin. From playing a sold-out show at the Mercury Lounge to two supporting slots for Jeff Tweedy, and capping it off with a raucous set on a rather frigid and blustery Chicago eve, Pronto earned many stripes on their freshman tour.
A number of loving folks have taken note, with the group gracing the cover of the Chicago Sun-Times weekend insert, as well as being hyped in the some of the outlets below. Catch up and get your fix below. Then head on over to the ContraStore and grab a copy of 'All is Golden' today!
